January 21, 2011
On January 21, we will be presenting several team awards as well as the results and prize money for the team points competition for 2011. 2012 marks the 10th year of Team Ironheads Multisport and is already proving to be a productive season with Garren Watkins being the first qualifier for Ironman Hawaii in 2012. With 38 teammates racing ironman Couer d' Alene, we anticipate several on the podium and gaining additional Hawaii slots.

Kickin it at Hulaman

August 16, 2009
On a great day for racing at Hagg Lake and Forest Grove over 20 Ironheads competed in the different events being held as part of Hulaman. With 8 of the top 10 finishers and 4 AG victories in the Open Half Ironman alone it was very clear who showed up with a strong team. While not only bringing a strong group of competitors to the race we also had over 30 members volunteer for the race. Nice work Ironheads! Jason Lester Wins ESPY!

August 7, 2009
Jason Lester has overcome some absolutely amazing odds and he can now add being the first male triathlete to ever win an ESPY to the list. Jason is an amazing athlete whose motto "Never Stop" has turned into more than just words to live by and now encompasses a foundation to help youth discover their potential. I can't think of anyone who lives up to this more than he. Congrats Jason. To find out more about Jason Lester and the work he does you can visit his site by clicking here.
