We are a triathlon team based out of Portland, Oregon. We aspire to encourage
healthy living, excellence and community involvement in sport.
Ironheads strive to provide social and educational support while maintaining a fun
and social environment for all our athletes. Our goal is to display the benefits of
active living to our community through local racing, news groups, special events
and socials.

We work to create synergy with local businesses by providing mutually beneficial
sponsorship packages, co-promotions and special events.

Every year Ironheads consists of members who race competitively or purely for
enjoyment in the Pacific Northwest and at International Competition like the Hawaii
Ironman World Championships.

Ironheads just won the USAT Pacific Northwest Region Club Championships for 2007!
Rob Williams, Dave and Ann Ciaverella recently competed in the ITU Long Distance
Triathlon World Championships. The three placed very strong with Ann not only winning
her AG but being the fastest amateur on the day against an International field on their
home turf!
